Below we describe the right of withdrawal and the refund rules for purchases of digital content (video courses) by consumers in Poland.
As a rule, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if access to the course (digital content) was started with your express consent before the withdrawal deadline and after you were informed of the loss of that right. We collect this consent in the cart before payment (consent checkbox). If you do not consent to immediate access, you keep the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Write to minivibeschool@gmail.com with your account e-mail address and the course name. A refund — if due — is issued using the same payment method (Stripe), usually within 14 days.
If the digital content does not conform to the contract, you can file a complaint at minivibeschool@gmail.com. We handle it within 14 days.
