These Terms set out the rules for selling access to MiniVibe video courses to consumers in Poland (distance sale of digital content).
The seller is MiniVibe, ul. Zachariasza 1, 03-761 Warszawa, Poland, e-mail: minivibeschool@gmail.com. The seller benefits from a subjective VAT exemption — prices are gross prices with no VAT charged.
The subject of the contract is a one-time purchase of access to a video course with lifetime access (for the given account). The price of each course is shown in Polish złoty (PLN) on its page.
The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation. Payments are handled by Stripe. Access to the content is granted after the server confirms the payment (webhook).
The digital content (course) is made available immediately after the payment is booked, with the consumer's express consent given at purchase.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Under art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act this right does NOT apply where performance (access to the digital content) has begun with the consumer's express consent and after being informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal — we collect this consent at purchase. Complaints about the digital content can be submitted to minivibeschool@gmail.com. We handle them within 14 days.
